The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma
The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma is the third-largest federally recognized tribe, with over 200,000 members and a treaty territory of 10½ counties across rural southeastern Oklahoma. Its Division of Commerce (formed 2016) employs more than 5,000 people across a diverse portfolio — construction, real estate, government contracting, defense, agriculture, retail, gaming, and hospitality — with revenue supporting tribal health, education, and housing programs.
