About This Opportunity
Standing Rock Sioux Tribe is seeking qualified Native-owned or 8(a) certified subcontractors to support a major solar energy infrastructure project on Tribal lands. The project includes installation of solar panels, battery storage systems, and grid interconnection for approximately 200 homes and tribal buildings.
Eligibility Requirements
- Native-owned business (51%+) or SBA 8(a) certified
- Experience in solar installation or electrical contracting
- Bonded and insured — minimum $2M general liability
- Registered on SAM.gov with active UEI
- Ability to hire locally from the Standing Rock community preferred
